1. Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with management to prevent losses.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and report suspicious activities.
3. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
4. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation when necessary.
5. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to the appropriate departments.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in any criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store employees, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
8. Assist with store audits, safety checks, and inspections, communicating results to the store leadership team.
9. Support store leadership in ensuring inventory processes are followed.
10. Conduct punctual and cyclical inventory processes.
11. Perform monthly locker inspections.
12. Ensure store licenses are up-to-date and available in the backstage area.
13. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
14. Complete all My SEPHORA Learning trainings and raise awareness about loss prevention among store teams.
15. Participate in touchbase meetings and contribute to the training of new employees.

1. Experience in loss prevention.
2. Retail experience preferred.

1. Written and verbal communication skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Basic computer skills.

Experience in loss prevention is required, with retail experience being advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent.
