Loss Prevention Agent

1. Conduct surveillance in the sales area and use CCTV systems to identify, observe, and report suspicious activities.
2. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to the store manager.
3. Follow all Sephora policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring the preservation of evidence when applicable.
4. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to the relevant departments.
5. Develop and maintain a professional relationship with all store employees, local law enforcement agencies, shopping center security, and other retailers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service experience.
2. Experience in loss prevention or as a security officer.

Experience in the beauty, supermarket, apparel, or pharmacy sectors is desirable.
