- Conduct surveillance in the sales area and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and report suspicious activities.
- Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to the store manager.
- Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring the preservation of evidence when necessary.
- Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to the relevant departments.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with store employees, local law enforcement agencies, shopping center security, and other retailers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in loss prevention or security roles.
- Familiarity with the beauty, supermarket, apparel, or pharmacy sectors is desirable.
