1. Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with management to implement operational controls and minimize shrinkage.
2. Provide friendly, professional service to customers while conducting on-floor surveillance and utilizing CCTV systems to identify, observe, and deter theft.
3. Adhere to all Sephora policies regarding arrests, seizures, and evidence preservation.
4. Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits.
5. Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners, other retailers, law enforcement, and mall security.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Conduct training sessions for new hires and employees to raise awareness about in-store loss prevention.
8. Perform store audits and inspections, communicating results to store management and district loss prevention manager.
9. Assist store management with inventory preparation and processes.
10. Collaborate with stores and district loss prevention manager to create and execute loss prevention plans.

1. One year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention within retail.
2. Meet and maintain licensing requirements as mandated by provincial or local authorities.
3. Strong oral and written communication skills, including listening, interviewing, and interpersonal communication.
4. Ability to remain calm and provide effective guidance on loss prevention techniques.
5. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
7. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Capability to work across multiple stores within the same market.
