1. Protect store assets against theft.
2. Collaborate with management to implement operational controls and reduce shortages.
3. Provide friendly and professional customer service.
4. Conduct surveillance and use CCTV to identify, observe, and deter theft.
5. Comply with all Sephora laws and regulations regarding arrests, seizures, and evidence preservation.
6. Prepare reports on thefts, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits.
7. Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners, other retailers, police, and mall security.
8. Testify in court for criminal or civil cases as required.
9. Train new hires and employees on loss prevention awareness.
10. Conduct store audits and inspections, communicate results to management.
11. Assist in stock preparation and processes.
12. Collaborate with stores and district loss prevention manager to create and execute loss prevention plans.

1. 1 year of experience in asset protection or loss prevention in retail.
2. Meet and maintain licensing requirements as required by local authorities.
3. Strong oral and written communication skills.
4. Ability to listen, conduct interviews, and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Ability to remain calm and provide effective guidance on loss prevention techniques.
6. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
7. High school diploma or equivalent.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
9. Ability to work across multiple stores in the same market.
