Sephora Loss Prevention Agent

1. Protect store assets against theft.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems.
3. Identify, observe, and apprehend or deter individuals from committing theft.
4. Adhere to laws and Sephora policies regarding apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
5. Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
7. Testify in court for criminal or civil cases as required.
8. Provide training to new hires and employees on loss prevention awareness.
9. Conduct store self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections.
10. Communicate findings to store leadership and District Loss Prevention Manager.
11. Assist with inventory preparation and process.
12. Develop and execute shrinkage prevention plans.

1. 1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment.
2. Meet all licensing requirements as required by province or local jurisdiction.
3. High School graduate or equivalent.
4. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to work at multiple locations within a market.

1. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss prevention techniques.
3. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.

1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment.

High School graduate or equivalent.

Work in a fragrance-filled environment. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and bend and stretch to stock shelves.
