1. Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with management to implement operational controls and minimize shrinkage.
2. Provide friendly, professional service and inform customers effectively.
3. Conduct surveillance using CCTV to identify, observe, and deter potential theft.
4. Comply with Sephora's policies on arrests, seizures, and evidence retention.
5. Prepare reports on theft incidents, merchandise recovery, accident investigations, and audits.
6. Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal partners, other retailers, law enforcement, and mall security.
7. Testify in court for criminal or civil cases as required.
8. Train new hires and employees on loss prevention awareness.
9. Conduct in-store audits and inspections, communicating results to store management and district loss prevention manager.
10. Assist store management in stock preparation and processes.
11. Collaborate with stores and district loss prevention manager to develop and execute loss prevention plans.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in asset protection or loss prevention in retail.
2. Meet and maintain licensing requirements as mandated by local authorities.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including listening, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to remain calm and provide effective guidance on loss prevention techniques.
5. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Capability to work across multiple stores within a market.
