1. Safeguard store assets against theft and loss.
2. Collaborate with store leadership and Loss Prevention Analysts to develop and implement theft reduction strategies.
3. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify and report suspicious activities.
4. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
5. Adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation.
6. Report all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to the relevant departments.
7. Testify in court on behalf of the company in criminal or civil cases as required.
8. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store staff, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
9. Assist with store audits, security checks, and inspections, and communicate findings to store leadership.
10. Support store leadership in ensuring accurate inventory processes.
11. Conduct timely and cyclical inventory processes.
12. Perform monthly locker inspections.
13. Ensure store licenses are up-to-date and accessible.
14. Raise awareness among store teams regarding loss prevention.
15. Participate in touchbase meetings and contribute to the training of new employees.

1. Current or previous experience in roles such as stockist, cashier, or apprentice at Sephora, or external experience in loss prevention roles.
2. Proven ability to meet or exceed loss prevention objectives and metrics.
3. Experience with CCTV and security systems.
4. Experience in asset protection/loss prevention in multi-unit retail environments.
5. Experience testifying in court on behalf of a company.
