1. Conduct surveillance in the sales area and utilize CCTV systems to identify, observe, and report suspicious activities.
2. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to the store manager.
3. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation.
4. Report all incidents of theft, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to the relevant departments.
5. Testify in court on behalf of the company in any criminal or civil cases as required.
6. Develop and maintain professional relationships with all store employees, local law enforcement agencies, mall security, and other retailers.
7. Assist in store audits, security checks, and inspections, communicating results to the store leadership team.
8. Support store leadership with inventory processes, including punctual and cyclical inventory checks.
9. Ensure store licenses are updated and available backstage.
10. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures, adhering to the LVMH code of ethics and conduct.
11. Complete all My SEPHORA Learning training modules.
12. Raise awareness among store teams about loss prevention.
13. Participate in touchbase meetings and contribute to the training of new employees.

1. Experience in loss prevention.
2. Retail experience is desirable.
3. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Written and verbal communication skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Basic computer skills are desirable.

Minimum of 3 years in loss prevention.

High school diploma or equivalent.
