1. Design and implement a strategic roadmap to transform Sephora's logistics operations in the Middle East and Africa region.
2. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from definition to post-implementation, ensuring adherence to logistics best practices.
3. Prepare tenders and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with logistics service providers.
4. Design omni-channel warehouse and distribution systems and manage third-party logistics (3PL) to optimize service and cost.
5. Lead indirect teams of key users, subject matter experts, and consultants.
6. Collaborate with external logistics providers and internal teams such as Customer Service and Demand & Supply Planning.
7. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations at warehouse locations.
8. Negotiate and select appropriate logistics service providers.
9. Execute transitions within budget and timelines, managing operational startup phases.
10. Define and continuously improve SLAs.

1. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations and 3PL management.

3. Ability to balance priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
4. Resilience and results-driven mindset.
5. Proficiency in decision-making in complex environments.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity, with expertise in logistics operations and 3PL management, particularly within the Middle East.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
