1. Supervise and coordinate all logistics activities related to e-commerce, including storage, distribution, and product delivery.
2. Manage inventory and ensure accuracy in stock records.
3. Implement and optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
6. Coordinate with external logistics providers and partners to ensure high-quality service.
7. Resolve issues and manage incidents related to product shipping and delivery.
8. Collaborate closely with the e-commerce team to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
9. Manage reverse logistics, including the registration and tracking of returns and refunds.
10. Oversee the e-commerce supplier payment process.

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.

1. Proficiency in logistics and inventory management tools and software.
2. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and preferably SAP.
5. KPI management skills.
6. Personnel management skills.

A minimum of 3-5 years in logistics supervision, ideally within the retail or e-commerce sectors.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
