1. Manage the receipt, organization, and storage of goods in the warehouse.
2. Ensure efficient flow of goods between warehouse and sales floor.
3. Monitor inventory and maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
4. Conduct regular inventories and stock checks.
5. Coordinate timely reordering of goods with the Supply Chain department.
6. Ensure compliance with warehouse and safety guidelines.
7. Train team members on best practices in goods handling and inventory control.
8. Collaborate with store team to ensure product availability and sales readiness.
9. Support stocking and replenishment of the sales floor.
10. Maintain cleanliness and order in stockroom and sales floor.
11. Assist with store conversions for seasonal or campaign-related changes.
12. Manage shrinkage through proper storage and adherence to audit procedures.
13. Execute regular inventory counts.

1. Completed 3-year training in logistics or at least 3 years of experience in stockroom or operations.

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
2. Hands-on mentality and dynamic work approach.
3. Fluent in English or native language of the country.
4. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
5. Communicative, reliable, and organized.
6. Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly manner.

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or stockroom operations.

Completed 3-year training in logistics or related field.
