1. Manage the receipt, organization, and storage of goods in the warehouse.
2. Ensure efficient flow of goods between the warehouse and sales floor.
3. Monitor inventory and maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse.
4. Conduct regular inventories and stock checks to ensure product availability.
5. Coordinate timely reordering of goods with the Supply Chain department.
6. Ensure compliance with internal warehouse and safety guidelines.
7. Train team members on best practices in goods handling and inventory control.
8. Collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability and sales readiness.
9. Support stocking and timely replenishment of the sales floor.
10. Prepare products for sale, including labeling and sorting.
11. Maintain cleanliness and order in both the stockroom and sales floor.
12. Assist with seasonal or campaign-related store conversions.
13. Manage shrinkage through proper storage.
14. Run the stockroom according to Sephora Audit procedures.
15. Support and execute regular inventory counts.

1. Completed 3-year training in logistics or at least 3 years of experience in stockroom or operations.

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
2. Hands-on mentality and dynamic working style.
3. Fluency in English or native language of the country.
4. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends is an advantage.
5. Communicative, reliable, and organized.
6. Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly manner.

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or stockroom operations.
