- Define and implement Sephora Europe standards for transportation and customs processes, including contractual conditions, service levels, and CSR requirements.
- Develop and manage the annual roadmap for transportation and customs, focusing on service provider mapping, budget, and CO2 impact.
- Execute transport tenders and ensure the successful implementation of new service providers in collaboration with local teams.
- Monitor and achieve annual savings targets for transportation and customs.
- Lead change management initiatives and drive innovation in the European transport and customs market.
- Previous experience in transport purchasing, transport optimization, or customs management.
- Proven project management skills and experience in negotiation.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
