1. Define and implement Sephora Europe standards for transportation and customs processes, including contractual conditions, service levels, and CSR requirements.
2. Develop and manage the annual roadmap for transportation and customs, focusing on service provider mapping, budget, and CO2 impact.
3. Execute transport tenders and ensure the successful implementation of new service providers in collaboration with local teams.
4. Monitor and achieve annual savings targets for transportation and customs.
5. Lead change management initiatives and drive innovation in the European transport and customs market.

1. Previous experience in transport purchasing, transport optimization, or customs management.
2. Proven project management skills and experience in negotiation.

1. Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Fluency in English.
