1. Lead and manage new supply chain projects, ensuring timely implementation.
2. Assess and improve current logistics flows in collaboration with local and central teams.
3. Calculate and monitor logistics KPIs related to e-commerce and transportation.
4. Manage project milestones and coordinate cross-functional teams.
5. Facilitate workshops and meetings with project contributors.
6. Identify and allocate resources for critical projects.
7. Control project risks and costs, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
8. Implement and monitor core model tools and system changes.
9. Produce deliverables such as presentations, training materials, and procedures.
10. Conduct change management through communications and training.
11. Evaluate and manage risks related to project delivery.
12. Develop continuous improvement plans for logistics operations.
13. Build strong relationships with local logistics providers and central project teams.
14. Monitor and calculate KPIs related to e-commerce and transportation.

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.

1. Knowledge of supply chain in an international and multicultural environment.
2. Experience with e-commerce logistics and planning.
3. Proficiency in SAP.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Ability to manage unexpected situations and adapt to changes.
8. Spirit of initiative and autonomy.

Minimum of 2 years in project management and/or supply chain, ideally within retail and e-commerce.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business.
