Sephora Logistics Manager

- Manage relationships and communications with internal departments and third-party logistics providers for all logistics-related matters.
- Communicate business-projected volumes related to warehouse operations in preparation for business needs and events.
- Support new store openings by coordinating stock arrival deadlines and fixture requirements.
- Liaise with related departments to plan inbound and outbound operation priorities and address inventory integrity issues.
- Co-manage claims and quality issues with suppliers, stores, and customer service.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory at third-party logistics providers through stock reconciliation and return flow management.
- Monitor execution of interfaces and specific flows impacting distribution center stocks.
- Perform cycle counts and yearly full stock takes across third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure all audit requirements related to stock integrity are maintained and captured.
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics by reviewing performance service levels, costs, and KPIs.
- Conduct contingency planning for logistics-related tasks.
- Manage cost and budget by monitoring and reporting on cost versus budget and supporting yearly and quarterly cost budget reviews.
- Degree or professional qualification in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
- Advanced Excel capabilities with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems such as Manhattan or JDA.
- Ability to work across functional areas and interact at various organizational levels.
- Strong listening skills with a client-centric and commercial mindset.
- Adaptability and flexibility to accept new ideas, people, and procedures.
At least 3 years of experience in logistics, ideally within a retail environment including e-commerce, FMCG, or the medical industry.
Degree or professional qualification in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
