1. Identify and report theft or company policy violations to direct supervisor.
2. Apprehend or deter individuals committing external theft.
3. Review exception reports and inventory reporting to detect dishonest activity.
4. Assist with internal investigations and interviews.
5. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies concerning investigations, apprehensions, and evidence preservation.
6. Conduct physical surveillance on the production floor and through CCTV systems.
7. Testify in court regarding cases involving the company.
8. Participate in inventory processes and shrink reduction plans.
9. Train warehouse associates individually and in group settings.
10. Promote Loss Prevention awareness and resources.
11. Perform checklists and audits, communicating findings with leadership.
12. Complete all Sephora Loss Prevention training requirements.
13. Develop professional relationships with warehouse personnel, Loss Prevention staff, and local law enforcement.
14. Serve as a trainer and mentor for new and existing Agents and Security Guard staff.
15. Review and approve Security Guard staff schedules.

1. Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment, preferably within Supply Chain.

1. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Intermediate computer skills.
3. Ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations.
4. Aptitude to de-escalate volatile situations.
5. Capacity to work independently.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

A minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment, with a preference for experience within the Supply Chain sector.

High School graduate or equivalent.

Starting base pay ranges from $21.00 to $22.45 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
