1. Identify and report theft or company policy violations committed by employees to the direct supervisor.
2. Observe, apprehend, or deter individuals committing external theft.
3. Review exception reports and inventory data to detect dishonest activities.
4. Assist with internal investigations and conduct interviews.
5. Ensure compliance with laws and Sephora policies during investigations, apprehensions, and evidence preservation.
6. Conduct physical surveillance on the production floor and through CCTV systems.
7. Testify in court for cases involving the company.
8. Participate in inventory processes and shrink reduction plans.
9. Train warehouse associates individually and in group settings.
10. Promote Loss Prevention awareness and resources such as iCARE.
11. Perform audits and communicate findings to leadership.
12. Complete all Sephora Loss Prevention training requirements.
13. Develop professional relationships with warehouse personnel, Loss Prevention staff, and law enforcement.
14. Serve as a trainer and mentor for new Agents and Security Guard staff.
15. Review and approve Security Guard staff schedules.

1. Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment, preferably within Supply Chain.

1. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Intermediate computer proficiency.
3. Ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations.
4. Aptitude for de-escalating volatile situations.
5. Capacity to work independently.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Loss Prevention within a retail setting, ideally with some exposure to Supply Chain operations.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay ranges from $23.00 to $24.60 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay based on work schedules.
