1. Identify and report theft or company policy violations committed by employees to direct supervisors.
2. Observe, apprehend, or deter individuals committing external theft.
3. Review exception reports and inventory data to detect dishonest activities.
4. Assist with internal investigations and conduct interviews.
5. Ensure strict compliance with legal and company policies regarding investigations and evidence preservation.
6. Conduct physical surveillance on the production floor and monitor CCTV systems.
7. Testify in court for cases involving the company.
8. Participate in inventory processes and shrink reduction plans.
9. Train warehouse associates and promote Loss Prevention awareness.
10. Complete all Sephora Loss Prevention training requirements.
11. Develop professional relationships with warehouse personnel, law enforcement, and other retailers.
12. Serve as a trainer and mentor for new and existing agents and security staff.
13. Review and approve Security Guard staff schedules.

1. High School diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Intermediate computer proficiency.
3. Ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations.
4. Aptitude for de-escalating volatile situations.
5. Capacity to work independently without direct supervision.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

A minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment, with some experience in Supply Chain preferred.

High School graduate or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $23.00 - $24.60 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
