1. Support the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient import and export logistics activities for retail and e-commerce channels.
2. Manage freight operations and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements for each importing country.
3. Standardize clearance lead-time and maintain KPI clearance lead-time for sea and air-truck logistics.
4. Act as the consulting department for all customs-related activities, ensuring alignment with import requirements and reviewing procedures related to import permits, declarations, duty payments, and record keeping.
5. Review supporting documentation to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
6. Serve as an expert in import regulations, acting as a liaison between government offices and Sephora Thailand.
7. Maintain accurate customs data for the past five years and summarize customs operations, duties paid, and potential compliance issues.
8. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payment of import duties, taxes, freight charges, and other related expenses.
9. Provide support to the team outside of the primary area of responsibility.

1. 2+ years of experience in logistics or a related field, with knowledge of import and export procedures preferred.

1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, with a preference for candidates familiar with import and export procedures.
