1. Support the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient import and export logistics activities for retail and e-commerce channels.
2. Manage freight and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and specific customs requirements of each importing country.
3. Standardize lead-time of clearance and maintain KPI for clearance lead-time (Sea/Air-Truck) based on standard logistics cost.
4. Act as the consulting department for all customs-related activities and ensure alignment with necessary import requirements.
5. Review supporting documentation and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
6. Serve as an expert in import regulations and act as a liaison between government offices and Sephora Thailand.
7. Maintain accurate customs data for the past five years.
8. Summarize customs operations, total duties paid, and identify potential compliance issues and savings opportunities.
9. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure payment of import duties, taxes, freight charges, and other expenses.
10. Support the team in areas outside of primary responsibility.

1. 2+ years of experience in logistics or related field
2. Knowledge of import and export procedures preferred

1. Good analytical skills with attention to detail
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

2+ years of experience in logistics or related field, with knowledge of import and export procedures preferred.
