1. Facilitate and coordinate inbound and stock transfers across the supply chain network to optimize stock levels and availability.
2. Manage, evaluate, and prepare reports on Distribution Centre performance.
3. Provide insights and suggestions to optimize day-to-day operations for increased efficiency and productivity.
4. Investigate customer concerns and operational quality issues promptly and competently.
5. Create and enforce processes to ensure consistent compliance.
6. Support labor planning and monitor staffing requirements to ensure productivity and high service levels.
7. Review KPIs across Distribution Centres and last-mile carriers.
8. Challenge the status quo with a continuous improvement mindset.

1. 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Retail, or Logistics.
2. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
3. High attention to detail.
4. Knowledge and use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
5. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
6. Ability to influence team members at all levels.
7. Dangerous Goods Road Transport and Handling certification preferred but not essential.
