1. Develop and implement the mid-term strategy for the European logistics network and transportation.
2. Ensure logistics capacities align with Sephora Europe's growth objectives.
3. Guarantee the consistency and viability of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
4. Coordinate cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement plans.
5. Facilitate the logistics community and partnerships.
6. Support key logistics projects, including network design, RFPs, extensions, and relocations.
7. Standardize logistics processes, documentation, and contracts.
8. Implement best practice sharing and elevate logistics competencies across Europe.
9. Manage relationships with key partners and enhance partnerships.
10. Lead the CSR program for the supply chain in Europe.

1. Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 10 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, preferably at a regional level.
3. Proven team leadership experience.

1. Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
2. Ability to drive decisions in complex environments with multiple decision influencers.
3. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
4. Business acumen and results-oriented approach.

A minimum of 10 years in logistics operations management, with a preference for regional-level experience.

Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
