1. Contribute to the construction and monitoring of the logistics budget and expenses.
2. Manage and optimize logistics performance through KPIs and reporting.
3. Ensure activity continuity with proper traceability and reporting.
4. Coordinate e-warehouse and transportation operations, ensuring cooperation with peers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
5. Participate in planning for replenishment, product launches, and e-store animations.
6. Plan and optimize daily operations resources and medium-term capacities.
7. Deploy short-term and day-to-day activities to align with e-logistics strategies.
8. Steer warehouse processes to ensure accurate and timely in-and-out flows.
9. Lead continuous improvement projects with 3PLs and DHL to optimize services and reduce costs.
10. Manage customer returns and shipping claims, optimizing customer service performance.

1. Experience in supply chain planning and synchronization.
2. Proficiency in distribution network and inventory management.
3. Knowledge of retail management and warehouse operations.
4. Competence in performance monitoring and e-supply chain management.
5. Project management skills.
