1. Oversee storage, movement, and dispatch of products, ensuring stock integrity and accuracy.
2. Conduct periodic inventory analyses to monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies, proposing corrective actions as necessary.
3. Collaborate on operational analyses and workflows.
4. Monitor the disposal of obsolete, damaged, or excess products to minimize losses and maximize financial returns.
5. Track and ensure the achievement of logistics operation indicators.
6. Stay informed on trends and best practices in logistics and inventory management, continuously seeking to enhance existing processes.

1. Experience in relationship management with logistics operators.
2. Desirable knowledge of SAP.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel) and Power BI.
4. Experience in tracking and analyzing performance indicators.
5. Analytical mindset.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with Sephora and logistics operators.
7. Interest in operational roles.
8. Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
