- Coordinate workload and oversee linguistic service platforms.
- Receive, analyze, and assign linguistic tasks through the Trados portal.
- Prioritize tasks and negotiate deadlines with internal and external partners.
- Evaluate client needs and requests in collaboration with external linguistic service providers.
- Act as a liaison between clients and linguistic specialists.
- Manage the linguistic service email requests to ensure timely task completion.
- Translate documents from English to French across various company functions.
- Review documents to ensure linguistic compliance and consistency with Sephora's tone.
- Provide process improvement recommendations aligned with Sephora Canada's commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Quickly complete administrative tasks, supporting functional key performance indicators and service level agreements.
- Maintain close relationships with brand partners and U.S. counterparts.
- Stay informed about industry and language trends.
- Ensure content compliance with OQLF, the Charter of the French Language, Law 101, and Law 96.
- Bachelor's degree in Translation or equivalent training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Canadian English and French.
- Experience in retail or beauty industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, CAT tools, and translation management systems.
- Strong project management, translation, and proofreading skills.
- Attention to detail and prioritization of work integrity and accuracy.
- Technological knowledge of various platforms and digital interfaces.
- Flexibility, agility, and ability to support multiple projects and manage changing priorities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines.
- Positive attitude towards change, customer-focused mindset, and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage workload to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Experience in retail or the beauty industry is preferred, with a strong background in translation and project management.
Bachelor's degree in Translation or equivalent training.
