1. Deliver professional beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Drive store performance by selling products, promoting services, and rebooking clients to achieve daily and monthly targets.
3. Conduct personalized client consultations to recommend products and routines, educate clients on product ingredients and techniques, and foster lasting relationships.
4. Maintain active professional licensure, adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols, and ensure a sanitary service environment.
5. Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and retail standards.
6. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

1. Active state license for performing waxing, makeup and false eyelash services in the state of employment.
2. 1–3 years of experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles; hands-on service experience preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, techniques and the ability to communicate product benefits to clients.
4. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build repeat clientele.
5. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail environment.
6. Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
