1. Drive store results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
2. Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in Pennsylvania.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team-oriented with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$21.75 - $28.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
