1. Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
7. Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours.
8. Be available during peak retail operations such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Active license to provide beauty services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player with a collaborative spirit.
4. Quick learner with effective product knowledge sharing skills.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$21.00 - $25.73 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
