1. Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application) in accordance with Sephora’s Beauty Services menu and hygiene protocols
2. Drive sales and service results by recommending products, rebooking appointments, and converting service clients into retail customers
3. Maintain active licensure for regulated services and comply with all health, safety and sanitation standards
4. Provide personalized client consultations that build long-term relationships and client loyalty
5. Support a collaborative, inclusive store environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, high-quality shopping experience
6. Work flexible shifts to meet store needs, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required minimum weekly hours and maintain punctual attendance

1. Active, state-issued license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the jurisdiction of employment
2. 1–3 years' experience in a beauty services role or experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments
3. Demonstrable knowledge of contemporary beauty products, services, trends and application techniques
4. Proven ability to deliver tailored client service and to build repeat clientele
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven retail setting
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
