- Provide and rebook beauty services to help achieve store goals.
- Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
- Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
- Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
- Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Active license to provide beauty services in the state of employment.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
- Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
- Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
$21.00 - $25.73 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
