- Achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
- Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.

- Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
- Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
$22.30 - $27.33 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
