1. Drive store performance by providing and rebooking beauty services, engaging with clients, and promoting product sales.
2. Deliver expert beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and other offerings from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and adhere to health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
6. Uphold company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Active license to provide beauty services such as waxing and makeup application in the state of Illinois.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or within a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team-oriented with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or within a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$21.75 - $28.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
