1. Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s services menu.
2. Drive sales and service revenue by rebooking beauty appointments, recommending products and upselling relevant retail items.
3. Maintain active state licensure and ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health and safety protocols at all times.
4. Provide personalised consultations to educate and empower clients on products, routines and techniques.
5. Support a collaborative, inclusive store culture that promotes teamwork, openness and excellent customer experiences.
6. Meet scheduling and attendance expectations for Flex/Part‑time staffing, including nights, weekends and holiday coverage as required.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state where services will be offered.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
3. Demonstrable product knowledge across makeup and skincare and up‑to‑date awareness of beauty trends and techniques.
4. Ability to deliver tailored client service, build rapport and foster repeat clientele.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods during service delivery.

1–3 years' experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a related client‑facing environment; prior experience performing makeup, waxing or lash/false application preferred.
