1. Deliver professional beauty services in alignment with the Sephora Beauty Studio menu, including makeup application, waxing, and false-lash application.
2. Drive sales and service metrics by converting consultations into product sales and rebooking follow-up beauty appointments.
3. Provide personalised client consultations, educate clients on product use and trends, and curate product recommendations based on individual needs.
4. Maintain active state licensure and consistently apply sanitation, hygiene and safety protocols for all treatments.
5. Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment by collaborating with colleagues and promoting Sephora’s standards of customer service.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable in-store experience for clients and team members.
7. Meet scheduling requirements including availability for nights, weekends and holiday shifts and demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup application and false-lash services in the state where services are provided.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a comparable role or within retail, hospitality, or service environments.
3. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, techniques and current trends.
4. Proven ability to deliver personalised client service and build lasting client relationships.
5. Capacity to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented team and quickly assimilate product training.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
