1. Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false lash application and other services in the Beauty Services menu) with a focus on personalization and technique.
2. Drive retail results through service rebookings, product recommendations and post‑service sales to meet store performance targets.
3. Maintain active state licensure for applicable services and strictly adhere to sanitation, health and safety protocols.
4. Create an inclusive, client‑focused in‑store experience that reflects Sephora standards and brand values.
5. Work reliably across a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are rendered.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or service environments.
3. Demonstrable knowledge of beauty products, trends and application techniques.
4. Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain standing for retail shift durations.

1–3 years' experience in a beauty, retail, hospitality or service environment, with demonstrated client service and retail sales aptitude; experience delivering in‑store beauty services preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of cosmetology, esthetics or related vocational training and any state‑required certifications where applicable.
