1. Deliver professional beauty services listed on the Beauty Studio menu, including makeup application, waxing and false‑lash application, to provide an elevated client experience.
2. Drive sales and service rebookings by recommending products and follow‑up services tailored to each client’s needs.
3. Maintain active professional licensure and adhere to all health, safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
4. Educate and consult with clients about product benefits, application techniques and beauty trends to build lasting relationships.
5. Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and uphold Sephora’s operational standards and company policies.
6. Be reliably available for scheduled shifts, including peak retail hours, nights, weekends and holidays as required by store staffing needs.

1. Active cosmetology/esthetician/makeup license valid in the state where services are performed (required).
2. 1–3 years of customer‑facing experience in a beauty services, retail, hospitality or related environment.
3. Demonstrated product knowledge across prestige beauty categories and current industry trends.
4. Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
5. Punctual, dependable with flexibility to work scheduled shifts during peak retail hours.
