1. Provide and rebook beauty services, assisting in achieving store goals.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Ensure adherence to Sephora standards, creating a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
7. Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and be available during peak retail operations.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of operation.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$22.30 - $27.33 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and location.
