1. Provide and rebook beauty services to achieve store goals.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services as per Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Adhere to company policies to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
7. Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours.

1. Active license to provide beauty services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with effective product knowledge sharing capabilities.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in beauty services or related fields such as retail or hospitality.

$21.00 - $25.73 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
