1. Provide personalized beauty consultations, understanding clients' beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.
2. Perform customized beauty services, including makeup application, skincare treatments, and waxing services, ensuring adherence to health and hygiene standards.
3. Demonstrate product application expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
4. Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
5. Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients and handling bookings and rebooking of beauty services.
6. Participate in sales and promotional events, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.

1. 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
2. A valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.
3. Knowledge of trending beauty products.

1. Strong passion for client service and selling.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask effectively.
4. Consistent and reliable attendance.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in retail sales or beauty services is required.

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience, along with other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors.
