1. Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false‑lash services in accordance with Sephora’s services menu.
2. Achieve store sales and service objectives by rebooking appointments, recommending products and converting consultations into retail sales.
3. Maintain active state licensure and adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols at all times.
4. Provide personalized client consultations that educate and empower customers on products, techniques and routines.
5. Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support store standards, policies and a positive customer experience.
6. Fulfill scheduling requirements: be available for required minimum weekly shifts and peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.

1. Active, state‑recognized license permitting waxing, makeup and false‑lash application in the state where services are performed.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or experience in retail, hospitality or client‑facing service environments.
3. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, techniques and current trends.
4. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships.
5. Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
6. Reliable schedule adherence and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
