- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.
- Perform customized beauty services including makeup application, skincare treatments, and waxing, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and educate clients on skincare routines.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
- Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, handling bookings and rebookings of beauty services.
- Participate in sales and promotional events to drive customer engagement and contribute to the store's sales goals.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or beauty services.
- Valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.
- Knowledge of trending beauty products.
- Passion for client service and sales.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Expertise in beauty consultations and product recommendations.
- Proficiency in performing beauty services such as makeup application and skincare treatments.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay current with beauty trends and product knowledge.
- Effective communication and multitasking abilities.
1-3 years of experience in retail sales or beauty services is required.
$24.00 - $29.40 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
