1. Deliver professional beauty services per Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application.
2. Perform personalized client consultations to recommend products and services, rebook appointments and build lasting client relationships.
3. Drive retail and service revenue by converting consultations into product sales and service bookings to support store targets.
4. Maintain active state licensure and adhere to health, safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
5. Support an inclusive, collaborative store culture through punctuality, reliable attendance, participation in trainings and knowledge sharing.

1. Active state license valid for waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state of employment (Texas).
2. Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends and application techniques.
3. Availability to work retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; able to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time schedules.
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing service work.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create an inclusive guest experience.

1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments; demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and meet sales or booking goals.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/esthetician certification and formal training in makeup or waxing preferred.
