1. Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio — makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application — following Sephora’s service menu.
2. Drive retail results through product sales, rebooking beauty services and achieving store performance goals.
3. Provide personalised client consultations, educate clients on products and trends, and build long-term client relationships.
4. Maintain active licensure and adhere to health, safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
5. Support an inclusive, collaborative store culture and comply with company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
6. Work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance.

1. Active state license to provide waxing, makeup and false eyelash application where services are performed.
2. Ability to perform professional beauty services consistent with Sephora’s standards and service menu.
3. Availability to work retail peak times (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet required weekly shift minimums (Full Time: 30–40 hrs/week).
4. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
5. Commitment to maintaining hygiene standards and professional presentation.

1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environments is preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant training or licensure may be considered.
