1. Achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and uphold health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork.
6. Follow company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
7. Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours, including availability during peak retail operations.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$16.50 - $20.75/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.
