1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.

1. A valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.
2. 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
3. Knowledge of trending beauty products.
4. Passion for client service and selling.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
8. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
