1. Drive store performance by providing and rebooking beauty services, engaging with clients, and selling products.
2. Perform a range of beauty services, including makeup application and waxing, as outlined in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain active licensure and adhere to health and safety protocols.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered.
6. Adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or within a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and achieving goals.
4. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$21.75 - $28.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
