1. Achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
2. Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
3. Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
4. Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed.
5. Promote a culture of inclusiveness and teamwork, fostering an open and empowering environment.
6. Adhere to Sephora standards and company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
7. Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts and hours, with availability during peak retail operations.

1. Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state of employment.
2. 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

1. Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
2. Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
3. Team player with a collaborative and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.

$19.50 - $25.05 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
