1. Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.

3. Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
4. Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
5. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients and managing bookings and rebookings of beauty services.
6. Participate in sales and promotional events, driving customer engagement and contributing to the store's sales goals.

1. 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
2. A valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.

2. Passion for client service and selling.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Consistent and reliable attendance.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services is required.

$16.50 - $20.75 per hour, depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
