1. Provide personalized beauty consultations by understanding clients' beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.
2. Perform customized beauty services including makeup application, skincare treatments, and waxing services while ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.
3. Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines to clients.
4. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
5. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients and manage bookings and rebookings of beauty services.
6. Participate in sales and promotional events to drive customer engagement and contribute to the store's sales goals.

1. 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
2. Valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.

2. Exceptional client service and selling skills.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Consistent and reliable attendance.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of experience in retail sales or beauty services is required.

$16.00 - $19.75 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
