1. Provide personalized beauty consultations by understanding clients' beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.

1. 1-3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
2. A valid license to perform paid beauty services as required by the state.

4. Consistent and reliable attendance.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

$16.50 - $20.75 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
