1. Deliver professional beauty services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu, including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application.
2. Provide personalized client consultations to educate customers on products, treatments and routines, and rebook follow-up services.
3. Achieve individual and store sales goals through product recommendations, service upsells and conversion of walk-in clients.
4. Maintain active professional licensure and adhere strictly to hygiene, sanitation and health & safety protocols.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented sales floor by collaborating with colleagues and upholding Sephora’s customer service standards.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash services in the state of practice.
2. 1–3 years of relevant experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.
3. Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup, skin care and tools, and ability to translate trends into client recommendations.
4. Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and able to meet weekly shift minimums.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing service work for extended periods.
